DO YOU OFFER SAMPLES?
We do not offer samples at this time. However, many of our products are sold with low or no minimum order requirements. 

PREVIEW AND PROOFS
Typically we create your product based on what you have provided on your Work Order. What you enter in the comment box will be how your order will be personalized. However, if you would like to see a proof before we go to production, simple send us and email at info@lmk-gifts.com to request that you would like to see a proof first. We will send either a PDF or JPEG image within 48 hours.

DO YOU CHARGE SALES TAX?
We only charge 7% sales tax when we deliver to New Jersey destinations.

DO YOU HAVE A PAPER CATALOG?
LMK Gifts does not send a printed catalog in the mail at this time. We update our site regularly with new items, so for the newest selection of LMK Gifts products available, our website is the best place to look.

AN ITEM I LIKE IS OUT OF STOCK!
We do our very best to make sure our products are in stock for you to purchase. Due to demand for our products, we occasionally sell out. When this happens and we have more product coming into stock soon, we'll provide a notice on the product page with the expected date that this product will be available for sale. 
Please keep in mind that this back in stock date is our *best guess* and occasionally we receive replacement shipments sooner or a bit later. If the manufacturer does not have an expected back in stock date, we may take the product temporarily off sale until we know the expected back in stock date.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO SHIP?
For stationary items stationery items like invitations, thank you cards, place cards, table numbers, menu cards, advice cards, cupcake toppers, scratch off cards, recipe cards, and favor tags turnaround is 48 hours.

For labels such as address/mailing labels, kisses labels, candy bar wrappers, mini candy wrappers, favor labels, wine bottle labels, water bottle labels, DIY favors and favors requiring just addition of labels, turnaround is also 48 hours.

For diaper cakes turnaround is between 3 to 5 business days.

For complex products such as rosary favor cake centerpieces, shoe favor boxes, towel cakes, cupcake towels turnaround time is approximately 5 to 10 business days.

Edible products will arrive within 3 to 5 days of your event to ensure maximum freshness.

However if you have a special or urgent request, please call us so we can determine what is the be shipping method to select so we can your favors to you in time.

SHIPPING OPTIONS
We offer competitive rates based on your pre-tax merchandise total. You may choose from Standard, 3-day, 2-day and 1-day services to locations within the contiguous United States. We ship by First Class, Priority Mail, UPS and FedEx.

For orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories or international destinations, shipping rates can be calculated during checkout. We also can ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/AFO addresses.

OOPS I MADE A MISTAKE OR NEED TO UPDATE
No problem as long as we receive your updated information within 24 hours from the time you place your order we can accommodate your changes. Please email us at info@lmk-gifts.com or call us at 973-220-7072.

WILL I RECEIVE A SHIPPING CONFIRMATION?
Yes! Once your order has been processed and is ready to ship, you will receive an email containing tracking number(s) which will allow your order on the carrier website. 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We want you to have a great shopping experience with us so in case you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we have made returning products QUICK and EASY!

  • We provide a partial refund on all returned items. Cost of shipping back is buyer's responsibility.
  • Please send products back in their original form and packaging.
  • We will issue a credit (less 20% restocking fee) within 14 days after we receive the return package.
  • We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not meet these conditions.
  • Our online return policy does not apply to orders being returned from locations outside of the United States or APO/FPO locations.

WHAT DO I DO WITH DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR MISSING PRODUCTS?
In the event your product arrives damaged please send us a photo of the affected product. This will help our team determine what went wrong, file a claim with UPS and begin the process of fixing the issue for you. 

If the product arrive mis-printed and it was our fault we will reprint and ship a new order to you at no cost to you. If you find that you made a mistake on the wording, you will need to place a new order on our website.

LMK Gifts is not responsible for missing packages and damaged products resulting from errors made by the shipping carrier. However we will be happy to assist you in filing a claim with the appropriate party. UPS claims may take up to 8 business days to process. Please keep all products in their original packaging until the claim is settled.
